Primex has taken to decision to close their factory in Candelaria, Quezon, due to staffing levels. The current quarantine situation has meant that they simply cannot get the number of staff in to run the factory, despite its best efforts, this is one main production facilities for Primex.
Primex do not expect the factory to reopen until at least the 13th April when the current quarantine regulations are due to end,
Primex’s other factories are currently still open, are running at lower production volumes.
What does this mean in the short term and longer-term?
TM Duché has product currently in transit to the and this is due to arrive in the coming weeks, much of this is already allocated to customers, however, we will have some availability.
The drop in production in the Philippines will lead to gaps in the supply in the coming weeks, please get in contact with us directly via phone or email to discuss your needs.
