Important Information Regarding Unauthorised Changes to Bank Details on Payee Invoices

We wanted to let you know that one of our client’s email accounts has recently been hacked, leading to the unauthorised change of bank details on our invoices.

If you think there has been any issue with recent invoice payments, we advise you to immediately contact your bank to report the fraud and take the necessary steps to retrieve your funds.

We urge all our clients to take the following precautions to prevent similar incidents:

  • Regularly change your email account password and use strong, unique passwords
  • Be vigilant of unexpected or suspicious emails, especially those asking for sensitive information
  • Verify bank details with a trusted source by phone before making any payments
  • Enable two-factor authentication on all email and online banking accounts
